Weekend at the Lake

Last weekend we went to Lake Texoma with Aunt Katie, Uncle Steven, John, Melanie, Ava & Jack and had a blast! The kids loved making sand castles and swimming!

Mimi and I took Madison to Schlitterbahn a couple weeks ago while Carley got to play with Gigi! Madison had so much fun and did not want to leave!! She kept saying she wanted bigger waves and to go faster!! Can't wait to go again.

What a great time!!! Both girls were extremely good and had a great time!

Bo Bo got Madison her first fishing pole (it's Dora)! She loved the fishing pole!! Not too sure about the fish. She did not want them anywhere near her! :)

Carley came on the boat with us for one of our trips out. I bought her an infant sized life jacket but it was HUGE on her. She did not mind at all though. She liked riding in the boat either in our arms or in her bounce seat!

Ballet & Sweet Peas!

Madison's summer ballet class ended last week. She really enjoyed this summer class and I think we will put her in it again this fall.

Carley had sweet peas yesterday. At first she didn't know what to think but now she likes them. Not so much the rice cereal though!

Family

Summer time equals family time!! Aunt Nelle finally got to meet Carley and Madison had so much fun with her having a tea party!! Then Gigi and Pops came to visit the girls and Mommy and Daddy got to go on a date! :)

Carley doesn't really eat her cereal. It just pours out of her mouth and gets all over her!
